FUE haartransplantatie is een moderne en effectieve methode om haarverlies tegen te gaan en weer vollere haardos te krijgen. FUE staat voor Follicular Unit Extraction, waarbij individuele haarzakjes worden geëxtraheerd en getransplanteerd naar kale of dunner wordende gebieden van de hoofdhuid. Deze techniek zorgt voor een natuurlijk ogend resultaat en heeft minder hersteltijd dan traditionele haartransplantatiemethoden.

Tijdens een FUE haartransplantatie worden haarzakjes één voor één uit het donorgebied, meestal aan de achterzijde of zijkanten van het hoofd, geëxtraheerd met behulp van een kleine holle naald. De haarzakjes worden vervolgens geplaatst in de gewenste gebieden van de hoofdhuid, waar ze weer gaan groeien en zorgen voor nieuw haar.

Avant de commencer, votre sang sera soumis à un test de dépistage du VIH et de l'hépatite. Une fois les résultats reçus, nous entamons le processus. Vous recevrez une anesthésie locale. Pour rendre ce processus indolore, nous utilisons une pré-anesthésie sans aiguille. Une fois la zone pré-analysée à 70 %, nous procédons à des injections afin d'endormir complètement la zone.

**Phase 1:**
Les follicules pileux sont prélevés un par un à l'aide d'une perceuse dans la zone donneuse (couronne capillaire). Les follicules pileux sont placés sur un lit d'eau spécial que nous maintenons à 4 degrés pour maintenir la fertilité des follicules pileux aussi bonne que possible.

**Phase  2:**
La zone où viendront les nouveaux cheveux (zone receveuse) est préparée à l'aide de la méthode Sapphire. Le saphir est composé d'un diamant spécial qui est tranchant comme une lame de rasoir. Les follicules pileux peuvent ainsi être implantés encore plus près les uns des autres, ce qui nous permet d'obtenir des résultats encore plus naturels. La cicatrisation est également plus rapide car il y a moins de saignements grâce à la méthode Sapphire.

**Phase 3**
Les follicules pileux prélevés sont implantés un par un dans la zone où les canaux ont été ouverts (zone réceptrice).

Une fois la greffe de cheveux terminée, vous recevrez un kit de soins. Vous en aurez besoin pour vous assurer que le processus se déroule bien pendant la première période. Les 14 premiers jours, c'est la période des croûtes. Avec le shampooing et la lotion que vous trouverez dans votre trousse de soins, vous devrez laver la zone implantée tous les jours en suivant les instructions et les explications que nous vous donnerons.

**Soins pendant la première année**

If you choose to have your hair transplant process performed in Utrecht, the process is as follows:

**Pre-Consultation:**
After you register with HCI Clinics for a free and non-binding consultation, the hair transplant specialist will contact you to discuss the entire process. We always take the time to answer all your questions.

Once we receive your photos, an expert will assess the possibilities, and we will honestly discuss and review your options. Honesty is our top priority.

**Agreement on the Contract:**
Everything discussed with you will also be sent to you digitally via email. All agreements made with you and all details discussed will be put in writing. After you have reviewed this and given your approval, we will start the process.

**Medical Questionnaire:**
Before we begin planning your procedure, we will always review the medical questionnaire with you. After all questions have been answered and signed, we will schedule the procedure.

**Day of the Procedure:**
The pre-consultation and review of the medical questionnaire will be conducted personally by the medical director of HCI Clinics. The process will be discussed with you step by step, and you can ask any questions.

**Hair Transplant Process:**
Before we begin, your blood will be tested for HIV/Hepatitis. Once the results are in, we will start the process. You will receive local anesthesia. To make this process painless, we use a needle-free pre-anesthesia technique. Once the area is 70% anesthetized, we use injections to fully numb the area.

**Phase 1:**
The hair follicles are extracted one by one from the donor area (hair crown) using a drill. The hair follicles are placed on a special water bed, and we keep them at 4 degrees to preserve their viability as much as possible.

**Phase 2:**
The area where the new hairs will be implanted (receiving area) is prepared using the Sapphire method. Sapphire is made from a special diamond that is extremely sharp. This allows the hair follicles to be implanted closer together, resulting in more natural results. Healing is also faster because there is less bleeding due to the Sapphire.

**Phase 3:**
The extracted hair follicles are implanted one by one into the area where the channels have been opened (receiving area).

Once you are done with the hair transplant, you will receive a care package. You will need this to ensure the process goes smoothly in the first period. The first 14 days involve the crusting period. With the shampoo and lotion found in your care package, you must wash the implanted area daily according to the instructions and explanations we provide.

**Aftercare in the First Year**

**Consultation préalable :**

**Questionnaire médical :** 

Avant de commencer à planifier votre intervention, nous passerons toujours en revue avec vous le questionnaire médical. Une fois que toutes les questions auront été répondues et signées, la procédure sera planifiée.

**Le jour de l'intervention:** 
La consultation préalable et le questionnaire médical seront effectués personnellement par le directeur médical des cliniques HCI. Le processus sera discuté avec vous étape par étape et vous pourrez poser toutes vos questions.

**Processus de greffe de cheveux :**
Avant de commencer, votre sang est soumis à un test de dépistage du VIH et de l'hépatite. Une fois les résultats obtenus, nous entamons le processus. Vous recevrez une anesthésie locale. Pour rendre ce processus indolore, nous utilisons la technique pré-anesthésique sans aiguille.
Une fois la zone engourdie à 70 %, nous utilisons les injections pour engourdir complètement la zone.


**Phase 1 :**
Les follicules pileux de la zone donneuse (couronne capillaire) sont prélevés un par un à l'aide d'une perceuse. Les follicules pileux sont placés sur un lit d'eau spécial que nous maintenons à 4 degrés pour que la fertilité des follicules pileux soit la meilleure possible.

**Phase 2 :**

La zone où viendront les nouveaux cheveux (zone receveuse) est préparée à l'aide de la méthode Sapphire. Le saphir est composé d'un diamant spécial qui est tranchant comme une lame de rasoir. Les follicules pileux peuvent ainsi être implantés encore plus près les uns des autres, ce qui nous permet d'obtenir des résultats encore plus naturels. La cicatrisation est également plus rapide car il y a moins de saignements grâce au Saphir.

**Phase 3 :**
Les follicules pileux prélevés sont implantés un par un dans la zone où les canaux ont été ouverts (zone receveuse).

Une fois la greffe de cheveux terminée, vous recevrez un kit de soins. Vous en aurez besoin pour vous assurer que le processus se déroule bien pendant la première période. Les 14 premiers jours, c'est la période des croûtes.
